* Until 230 AM EDT.
* At 1026 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Bellmawr,
Yeadon and Conshohocken.
People attending Philadelphia Stadium and Lemon Hill should seek
shelter immediately.

between mile markers 34 and 35.
Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 13 and 19.
Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 327 and 351.
Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 11 and 33.
Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4.
Northeast Extension between mile markers 21 and 30.
Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 3.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 323 and 345.
Instruction:
Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
