* WHAT...Sustained southeast to south winds 20 to 30 mph, with gusts
near 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...White Pine, Southern Lander and Southern Eureka, and South
Central Elko Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM PDT Thursday morning until 8 PM PDT Thursday
evening.
* IMPACTS...Blowing dust will reduce visibilities at times. Travel
will be difficult, particularly for high profile vehicles.
