* WHAT...Sustained south to southwest winds 20 to 30 mph, with gusts
near 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...White Pine, Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in
Elko, South Central Elko, Southeastern Elko, and Northeastern Nye
Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 AM PDT Tuesday morning until 11 PM PDT Tuesday
evening.
* IMPACTS...Blowing dust will reduce visibilities at times. Travel
will be difficult, particularly for high profile vehicles.
