* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...White Pine, Southern Lander and Southern Eureka, Northern
Elko, Humboldt, and Northeastern Nye Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 AM to 11 PM PDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Areas of
blowing dust will reduce visibility to one mile or less in spots.

profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
