...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN NEVADA INTO NORTHWESTERN ARIZONA THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING... * AFFECTED AREA...Nevada fire weather zones 461 through 465. * TIMING...10 AM through 9 PM PDT Monday. * WIND...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * HUMIDITY...5 to 15 percent * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
