Description: 
The National Weather Service in Elko has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 11 PM PDT Monday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 425, 426, 427, AND 470. * WIND...Sustained southwest winds near 20 mph, with gusts 35 to 40 mph. * HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity values as low as 8 percent. * HIGHEST THREAT...is located in zone 425. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
Instruction: 
A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
