At 445 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Pine Bluffs, or 20 miles west of Kimball, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Kimball, Pine Bluffs, Bushnell, Oliver Reservoir, Pine Bluffs Municipal Airport, Kimball Municipal Airport, Oliver Reservoir Campground, and Kimball County Fairgrounds. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 393 and 402. Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 1 and 27.
