...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY THROUGH 800 PM FRIDAY... * WIND...West to northwest winds at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Winds will shift to the northeast Friday evening behind a cold front with gusts of 25 to 35 mph expected into Saturday morning. * HUMIDITY...Between 6 and 12 percent Friday afternoon, recovering to between 55 and 75% by Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
