...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY THROUGH 800 PM FRIDAY... * WIND...Thursday night, variable in the evening, becoming south around midnight with localized gusts up to 30 mph possible through Friday morning. On Friday, south winds becoming west at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...Thursday night, humidity recoveries to between 40 and 65 percent. On Friday, between 6 and 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
