The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 9 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 417, 418, 430, 431, 432, 433, 434, 435, 436, and 437. * WIND... Southwest winds with gusts between 35 and 50 mph for today. West to northwest winds with gusts up to 45 mph for Thursday. * HUMIDITY...5 to 12 percent today and as low as 10 percent Thursday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
