* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of panhandle Nebraska, including the following county, Kimball and southeast Wyoming, including the following county, Laramie. * WHEN...Until 745 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 441 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
