Description:
At 938 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Alliance Municipal Airport, or near Alliance,
moving north at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Alliance, Hemingford, Box Butte Campground, Box Butte County
Fairgrounds, Box Butte Reservoir, Berea, Alliance Municipal Airport,
Wild Horse Butte, and Box Butte Dam.
Instruction:
