Description:
At 859 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 10 miles north of Broadwater, or 23 miles south of
Alliance, moving northwest at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible. Hail may accumulate in some areas, leading to
slick conditions.
Locations impacted include...
Alliance, Kilpatrick Lake, Angora, Alliance Municipal Airport, and
The Intersection Of Highway 385 And L62.
