Description:
At 433 PM CDT/333 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm near Paxton, or 24 miles east of Ogallala, moving east
at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Sutherland, Hershey, Paxton, Sutherland Reservoir State Recreation
Area, Sarben, Coker, O'Fallons, and Birdwood.
This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 144 and
171.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
