Description:
At 927 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fort Robinson State Park, or 29 miles southwest of Chadron, moving
northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Chadron, Crawford, Whitney, Roberts Trailhead Campground, Whitney
Lake, Soldier Creek Campground, Red Cloud Campground, Fort Robinson
State Park, Chadron Municipal Airport, Chadron State Park, Marsland,
Belmont, Dawes County Fairgrounds, and Chadron State Park Campground.
