At 249 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles northeast of
Bertrand, or 13 miles northwest of Holdrege, moving east at 40 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM.
HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.
Locations impacted include...
Elm Creek and Odessa.
This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 244 and 267.

building.
