Description: 
The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a Red Flag Warning for low humidity, gusty winds, and dry lightning, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM MDT Tuesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 204 Eastern Panhandle/Crescent Lake NWR. * TIMING...Noon MDT through 9 PM MDT. * WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 97. * LIGHTNING...Dry lightning possible. * IMPACTS...Any fire starts may rapidly grow and spread. Fires will be difficult to control.
