...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 7 PM CDT THURSDAY DUE TO WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR A PORTION OF NORTHEAST NEBRASKA... * WHAT...South winds 26 to 36 mph with peak gusts up to 47 mph, Relative Humidity as low as 23 percent. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Nebraska. * WHEN...From 10 AM to 7 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
