...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXPECTED MONDAY AFTERNOON ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA... The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 10 PM CDT Monday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
