...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON-EVENING...
* WINDS...From the south, sustained 25 to 35 MPH, and gusting up
to around 45 MPH.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 to 30 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Although relative humidity levels will not
drop quite as low as they do during most Red Flag Warnings, the
combination of the strong south winds and the pronounced lack of
precipitation in recent months will nonetheless result in
heightened wildfire danger.
Instruction:
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
