Description: 
The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 8 PM CDT Wednesday. * WINDS...South 25 to 30 mph with gusts near 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 to 25 percent, with the lowest values along the far west-northwest portions of the area. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
