...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON IN COUNTIES ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE NEBRASKA-KANSAS BORDER... The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon today to 9 PM CDT this evening. * WINDS...From the southwest, sustained 15 to 20 MPH and gusting at least 25 to 30 MPH. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as around 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
