AREA-WIDE AND POSSIBLE AGAIN ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON IN NORTH
CENTRAL KANSAS...
* WINDS...Mainly from the west to southwest, sustained 15 to 20
MPH and gusting 20 to 30 MPH.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 to 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
