The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon today to 7 PM CDT this evening. * WINDS...Out of the west to southwest, generally sustained at least 15 MPH and gusting to at least 25 MPH. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as around 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
