* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central and south central Nebraska, including the following counties, in east central Nebraska, York. In south central Nebraska, Clay, Fillmore and Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 441 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the last hour...overall-heaviest right over/near the intersection where the four counties meet. Additional rainfall amounts up to around 1 inch are possible over the next hour. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Turkey Creek, Beaver Creek, West Fork Big Blue River, North Fork Turkey Creek, Galaway Creek, Little Sandy Creek, School Creek and Elk Run Creek. - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
