GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS, WELL ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES, AND LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR ALL OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 209 Loup Rivers Basin.
* TIMING...Noon CDT / 11 AM MDT to 10 PM CDT / 9 PM MDT or the
red flag warning. Noon CDT through 9 PM CDT Tuesday for the
fire weather watch.
* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Falling to the 15 to 20 percent range.
* TEMPERATURES...Mid to upper 70s.
* LIGHTNING...None expected.
* IMPACTS...Any fire starts will spread rapidly and be difficult
to control.
