The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening. * WINDS...Southwest winds blowing 15 to 20 mph and gusting as high as 30 to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
