At 811 PM CDT, blowing dust was along a line extending from near Sherman Reservoir Dam to near Palmer to near Central City, moving northeast at 70 mph. HAZARD...Less than one half mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. Locations impacted include... Ord, Central City, Greeley, Fullerton, Genoa, Spalding, Palmer, Clarks, Silver Creek, Scotia, Arcadia, North Loup, Chapman, Wolbach, Belgrade, Elyria, Cotesfield, Cushing, Archer, and Fort Hartsuff State Park.
Instruction: 
Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep your foot off the brake.
