* At 752 PM CDT, blowing dust was along a line extending from
Litchfield to Dannebrog to near Phillips, moving northeast at 70
mph.
HAZARD...Less than one half mile visibility with strong wind in
excess of 50 mph.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

Grand Island, Ord, Central City, Greeley, St. Paul, Fullerton, Loup
City, Genoa, Spalding, Palmer, Clarks, Silver Creek, Scotia, Arcadia,
Dannebrog, North Loup, Chapman, Wolbach, Litchfield, and Elba.
Instruction:
Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
