Northeastern Hall County in south central Nebraska... * Until 900 PM CDT. * At 752 PM CDT, blowing dust was along a line extending from Litchfield to Dannebrog to near Phillips, moving northeast at 70 mph. HAZARD...Less than one half mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. Locations impacted include... Grand Island, Ord, Central City, Greeley, St. Paul, Fullerton, Loup City, Genoa, Spalding, Palmer, Clarks, Silver Creek, Scotia, Arcadia, Dannebrog, North Loup, Chapman, Wolbach, Litchfield, and Elba.
