* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. Strongest winds this evening through Thursday morning. * WHERE...Beartooth Foothills and Livingston Area. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 PM MDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down some trees and power lines. Local power outages are possible. Gusty crosswinds will make travel difficult along Interstate 90 from Livingston to Big Timber and roads along the Beartooth Foothills. Warm, dry and windy conditions could cause rapid fire spread. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds this evening will be erratic due to isolated thunderstorm activity.
