At 608 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 22 miles northeast of Forsyth to 19 miles southwest of Miles City, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph, pea size hail, and brief heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Miles City, Matthews Recreation Area, Strawberry Hill Recreation Area and Hathaway.
