Description:
At 330 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles north of Bigfork, or 12 miles east of Evergreen, moving west at
30 mph.
HAZARD...Pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Kalispell, Evergreen and La Salle.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
