Description:
A band of rain and snow is shifting southward across the region
this morning, resulting in localized impacts. Visibility reduction
is the primary concern, with a few localized areas seeing briefly
slushy roads as the snow is heaviest. Plan on localized winter
driving conditions this morning if traveling.
