Description: 
At 228 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking several thunderstorm moving north across the border from Idaho into southern Beaverhead, southern Madison and Southern Gallatin counties. These storms are moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph with isolated higher gusts and occasional lightning. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... West Yellowstone, Virginia City, Ennis, Norris, Big Sky, Lakeview, Mcallister, Yellowstone Village, Jeffers, Targhee Pass, Cameron, and Raynolds Pass.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for south central and southwestern Montana.
