The National Weather Service in Billings has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect until 9 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS: Low humidities, unseasonably warm temperatures, strong gusty winds, and wind shift with a cold front could create erratic fire behavior and the potential for new fire starts. * AFFECTED AREA: In Southeast MT Fire Zones...130...131...132. In Southeast MT and Northwest SD Fire Zone...133. * COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Northwest SD...Harding. In South Central MT...Big Horn. In Southeast MT...Carter...Custer...Fallon...Powder River Rosebud...Treasure. * COLD FRONT: Southwest winds today will shift to the west this evening, then northwest tonight. * SHOWER ACTIVITY: Isolated showers this afternoon and evening may cause gusty and erratic winds. * WIND: Southwest 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * HUMIDITY: As low as 12 percent. * TEMPERATURES: Up to 87 degrees.
