* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected. * WHERE...Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern Valley, Garfield, McCone, and Petroleum Counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM to 9 PM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Thunderstorms are also possible across the Lake Sunday afternoon and evening, producing strong erratic wind gusts. Wave heights around 4 feet expected.
Instruction: 
Boaters on Fort Peck Lake should use extra caution since strong winds and rough waves can overturn small craft.
