* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
possible.
* WHERE...Daniels, Dawson, Roosevelt, McCone, Prairie, Richland,
Sheridan and Wibaux Counties.
* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and
cause power bumps. Travel could be difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...These winds will make for hazardous
conditions on area lakes.
