Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...South Central Carter County in southeastern Montana... * WHEN...Until 645 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Radar indicates between one and two inches of rain has fallen over the past 2 hours. Additional showers and thunderstorms may produce further runoff. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry coulees.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Do not drive on or attempt to cross flooded roads, find an alternate route. Roads and driveways may be damaged or washed out in places. Please report observed flooding to local emergency officials and request they pass the information to the National Weather Service in Billings.
