Description: 
An area of slow moving strong to severe thunderstorms continue to produce heavy rainfall. Radar estimates 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen. Localized flooding is possible with additional storms in the area. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...South Central Carter County in southeastern Montana... * WHEN...Until 645 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, as well as minor streams.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Do not drive on or attempt to cross flooded roads, find an alternate route. Roads and driveways may be damaged or washed out in places. Please report observed flooding to local emergency officials and request they pass the information to the National Weather Service in Billings.
