* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Montana, including the following county, Cascade. * WHEN...Until 200 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas in the city of Great Falls. This includes the underpass by the Milwaukee Station in downtown Great Falls. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1109 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
