At 418 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Gallatin, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. This storm has a history of producing a tornado. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations impacted include... Jamesport, Gilman City, Coffey, Jameson, and Brimson. This includes Interstate 35 in Missouri near mile marker 71.
