Description: 
At 818 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 6 miles south of Ashland, moving northeast at 45 mph. Another area of rotation is located west of Russellville. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornado will be near... Holts Summit, Ashland and Jefferson City around 820 PM CDT. New Bloomfield, Lake Mykee Town, Lake Mykee and Columbia Regional Airport around 825 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by the tornado include Hartsburg and Guthrie. This includes the following State Parks... Jefferson Landing Historic Site.
Instruction: 
Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris. Tornadoes are difficult to observe at night. Take cover now!
