At 506 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Marionville, or near Aurora, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Republic, Aurora, Mount Vernon, Marionville, Billings, Brookline, Halltown, and Chesapeake. This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 46 and 64, and near mile marker 69.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for southwestern Missouri.
