At 735 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles north of
Chamois, or 11 miles southeast of Fulton, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Steedman, Reform, Portland, Americus, Mineola, Rhineland, Big
Spring and McKittrick.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
