Description: 
At 549 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from over Philadelphia to 8 miles northeast of Paris, or along a line from 9 miles west of Palmyra to 8 miles northeast of Paris, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Philadelphia, Warren, Monroe City, Indian Creek, Palmyra, Rensselaer, Hannibal, The Landing and Spaulding.
Instruction: 
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and large hail. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built structure. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT Thursday for a portion of northeast Missouri.
