Description: 
At 519 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 5 miles northwest of Emden to over Shelbina, or along a line from 14 miles northeast of Shelbina to over Shelbina, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Maud, Shelbina and Hunnewell.
Instruction: 
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and large hail. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built structure. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT Thursday for a portion of northeast Missouri.
