Description: 
At 513 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from near Steffenville to near Shelbyville, or along a line from 17 miles southwest of Canton to 6 miles northwest of Shelbina, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Bethel, Steffenville, Shelbyville, Ewing, Emden, Maywood and Philadelphia.
Instruction: 
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and large hail. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built structure. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT Thursday for a portion of northeast Missouri.
