Description: 
At 429 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from near Knox City to 9 miles northwest of Clarence, or along a line from 8 miles southeast of Edina to 21 miles northwest of Shelbina, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Novelty, Clarence, Leonard, Plevna, Newark, Bethel and Shelbyville.
Instruction: 
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and large hail. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built structure. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT Thursday for a portion of northeast Missouri.
