Description:
At 1238 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Dixon, or 13
miles west of Rolla, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Rolla, St. Robert, St. James, Dixon, Doolittle, Newburg, Northwye,
Jerome, and Rosati.
This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 165 and 169, and
between mile markers 171 and 200.
Instruction:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
