Description: 
At 810 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Skidmore, or near Maryville, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Maryville, Savannah, Mound City, Oregon, Ravenwood, Maitland, Skidmore, Forest City, Fillmore, Barnard, Conception Junction, Bolckow, Graham, Pickering, Rosendale, Guilford, Clyde, Arkoe, Rea, and Quitman. This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 62 and 84.
Instruction: 
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for northeastern Kansas...and northwestern Missouri. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
